Databricks engineer certification

I'm looking for someone to study with for the databricks certification.  I currently lead 2 companies as the databricks lead here in Atlatnta.  I'm looking for serious serious people to work with and possible build a company.

I'm not looking for another worker.  I want people that can think and have big dreams.
