Exam paused and suspended. Need urgent help

I raised a ticket  #00488699 with regards to my paused exam and I am still waiting for some action on this. Need to complete my exam asap. Exam was suspended while in progress and Kryteriononline.com help could not get the exam restarted,

Please I need your assistance with this asap.

Exam is now rescheduled by databricks support. Thanks
