Missed the certification exam schedule - Reschedule is required

Hi Team, @data_help @helpdesk 

I have missed the certification exam schedule. I thought it is 2PM instead of 2AM. Is there a possibility this can be reschedule to today anytime or tomorrow?

Hi @RamaSubbaReddy I am told it has been rescheduled. You can log into your account and change the date time to your preferred time.

@RamaSubbaReddy - we cannot make the change without knowing your account login. Did you file a support ticket and give them your login ID? alternatively, log into your account and change the exam time.

Hi there, it seems I have made the same mistake for my exam selection due to a misunderstanding on the registering for an exam page. I hope something can be done about this! Thank ! I have raised a ticket for this too.

Olá, eu perdi meu horário da prova. Achei que tivesse marcado de 03:15PM mas, marquei de 03:15 AM. Não tenho mais acesso para remarcar a prova. Pode me ajudar? 

@victormaciel I moved it to Saturday. Now you can go into your account and reschedule it to a date / time that works best for you.

I have missed the certification exam schedule. I thought it is 4:45PM instead of 4:45AM. Is there a possibility this can be reschedule to today anytime or tomorrow? and also raised a ticket for this situation #0061115

I have created a ticket already on Tuesday about a suspended exam in which the training support team agreed to reschedule the exam to just provide a date and time. I did this yesterday morning, I scheduled my exam for December 19 at 11Am but i have received no response. When can I resume my exam the time I wanted to take it is going to pass in 30 mins. I can take the exam today any time just as long as it is before 8pm today.

I had registered for the Databricks data engineer associate certification exam.

I have missed the certification exam schedule, by mistake I choose 5am slot instead of 5pm. 

Is there a possibility this can be rescheduled?
