Bootstrap Timeout:
Node daemon ping timeout in 780000 ms for instance i-04258dad0f5aff74e @ 10.172.249.26. Please check network connectivity between the data plane and the control plane.

I'm getting this error when trying to start my CE cluster. Does anyone know about this issue? How do I resolve it?

Hi @manuel_john, First, ensure that there is proper network connectivity between the data plane (where your cluster runs) and the control plane (where Databricks manages the cluster). Check if there are any firewall rules or network restrictions that might be blocking communication between these two components. Verify that the IP address (10.172.249.26 in your case) is reachable from both planes. If you have custom SSL settings, they might be preventing the data plane from connecting to the control plane. Consider turning off SSL inspection or bypassing traffic to cloud.databricks.com on your firewall1.  Sometimes, there could be temporary outages affecting cluster startup. You can monitor the status of Databricks services on their status page: Databricks Status (look under AWS).
