Databricks Assistant HIPPA? Future Cost?

With the Public Preview of Databricks Assistant, I have a few questions. 

1) If the Azure Tenet is HIPPA compliant does that compliance also include the Databricks Assistant features? 

2) Right now the product is free but what will the cost be? Will we just get charged automatically as soon as a cost has been determined or will the preview feature be turned off once a cost has been associated?

• If the Azure Tenet is HIPPA compliant, does that compliance also include the Databricks Assistant features? 
• New features go through compliance assessment. If it is not a significant feature, after maybe some hopefully minimal remediation, we can consider them compliant. For some certifications, if there is a substantial change, it may need a formal auditor blessing.
