I am the contributor and owner of my databricks workspace. After a recent spike of expense, I want to check the billing details of my Azure databricks usage. (i.e per cluster, per VM, etc). Databricks provides these information thorough "Admin Console" or "System Tables". The only problem is I can not find either of them in my profile Setting. I found the following discussion in https://community.databricks.com/t5/data-engineering/where-did-the-settings-button-move-to-where-is-.... It looks like I need either "Azure Databricks account admins" or "Azure Databricks workspace admins" privilege to read the detailed billing. Is there any other way to read the billing without those admins privilege? I mean, like "Billing reader role" for Azure cloud?

You'll need a Databricks account admin to enable most of the system tables. However, the billing table is enabled by default. Do you see it when you go to catalog explorer and browse for system.billing?
Here is the link that lists the commands that an admin can run to enable whichever system tables you are wanting: https://docs.databricks.com/en/admin/system-tables/index.html#enable
