Assigning a group as USER to service principal

How can we assigning a group as USER to service principal using databricks-sdk, this is not supported?

I found this API, https://docs.databricks.com/api/account/accountaccesscontrol/updateruleset
but its PUT and GET method both requires a parameter "etag", how can someone know this "etag"?
