Initially, My exam was suspended after 20 mins on me into the exam. I stated that there was some internet issue from my end(however there wasn't any). However, I immediately reached out to Kryterion folks but they responded after 50 minutes and allowed the Launch button to be activated again. Once I logged back in and started my verification procedure for attending the exam, the page kept on loading at the Photo verification step and kept on loading till 15 minutes. Then I had no other option but to close the page and relaunch the exam. However now that the Databricks page was not allowing me to launch and said that my exam window (based on my initial exam time) was crossed. This is quite unfair. Please help me out of this on how to proceed further.
