Hello databricks community,
I took a databricks course to prepare for certification exam and requested a 14-days free trial on february 13 at 4:51 PM. So, February 27 at 4:51 pm must be the end of the free trial, but it ended 1 day before. Additionally, I am being charged for the resources used during the trial period, what makes no sense and is a complete scam, which is why I want a refund of 61.11 USD.
I'm posting this message here because I already tried all channels I have found in support and "contact us" page, but no response so far from databricks.
Any idea of how can I get help?

Hello, @santiagortiiz ! It looks like you were charged for the AWS services, not for Databricks DBUs. On your screens, I see different amounts.
