Hi team,
My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam got suspended within 10 minutes.
I had also shown my exam room to the proctor. My exam got suspended due to eye movement. I was not moving my eyes away from laptop screen. It's hard to focus and read each transparent options on 14inches laptop, so have to do to and fro to read the questions.
I have raised a query regarding same but have not received any confirmation email.

Please kindly reschedule my exam by today or tomorrow as I have urgent need to provide this certification to my employer else, I would be fired.

Hi Databricks team, I took the exam yesterday and was suspended, I had problems starting the application and so I had to change PCs. I mistakenly left the old computer on the desk turned off. During all this, however, I never moved my eyes from the monitor.
I would need an answer, whether to repeat the exam or continue it quickly.
Who can I contact? Having already opened the ticket?

I am writing to raise a concern regarding an interruption that occurred during my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam scheduled for today at 1:15 PM. I began the exam at 1:00 PM, and the experience was smooth until I received a warning at 1:15 PM to ensure I was looking at the screen. Despite my full attention being on the screen, the proctor paused the exam citing suspicious activity.
The proctor requested that I show my surroundings, which I did promptly. I have followed the guidelines and had placed my ID on the table and kept my smartphone away from my table, as per the instructions. The smartphone was positioned on a couch and not within reach, as outlined in the guidelines. I was not asked to use the smartphone or ID during the exam, nor was I instructed to use the webcam to display the location of my smartphone.
Despite complying with all instructions, the proctor repeatedly asked me to move backwards, but as I had a wall behind me, this request became unfeasible. I showed the entire room and confirmed that there was no one else present with me. I also clearly demonstrated the location of my smartphone, which was not near my workspace or accessible to me.
Unfortunately, the proctor ended the session without providing further clarification. I would appreciate it if you could review the recorded footage of my exam to confirm that I adhered to all guidelines and did not engage in any suspicious behaviour.
I would be grateful for any assistance in resolving this matter, as I am confident that I followed all the required protocols and did not violate any rules.
