Hi Databricks Team,
My Certification exam got suspended today, I started my exam as normal and then my exam was put on hold quoting "team from support needs to talk with you", I connected with the support team and showed my Exam area and everything very clearly inspite of that she just suspended my exam without quoting any reason
Can the Databricks please help me with the issue, I was not involved in any malpractice or violated any code of conduct

i am also facing the same issue and not getting any reply from anywhere , i had also scheduled my databricks data engineering exam on 21 sept and it got suspended

Hi @Cert-TeamOPS ,
My exam was rescheduled today and I gave my exam and still it got suspended, it's very sad that it's happening again to me
I have complied with all the rules set by the exam.
The question and options are on the complete left of the screen and the test aid (documentation) provided by the Databricks to assist my exam is on right of the screen and that's the reason I'm looking at the left and the options for each question is even more left of the screen and I'm required to see to the left, so I was stopped by the Proctor and was asked to show my room completely and I did the same, I showed my right wall, left wall, my table and even my keyboard space and everything and inspite of all, the Proctor asked me to do it thrice and I did the same process all the three times and the Proctor even asked me to show the fllooring on both left and right and I did it, and still the Proctor suspended exam without a proper justification and the Proctor didn't even ask about any queries they had, I'm very disheartened by this, I have given many Certification Exams with Pearson Vue for AWS, Azure and Snowflake and I have never faced such problems, but this is very wrong on me.

Kindly help me with this, it very frustrating to be suspended without any fault from my end and not providing any justification, the proctors are not hearing my side and just suspending the exam is very wrong.
