Earlier today, when I tried to attempting to check the status of my exam on Webassessor "LOGIN (webassessor.com)" but I was redirected to "https://sb01.webassessor.com/wa.do?page=defaultLogin", I noticed that under my assessment, there was an option available to retake the exam. Believing that the previous issue regarding exam suspension had been resolved, I went ahead and scheduled the exam for tomorrow using that interface.
However, upon closer inspection within my profile settings, I discovered that there is a different email address associated with my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to change this email address myself.
Given these discrepancies, I am now uncertain about the status of my scheduled exam and whether I should proceed with it tomorrow. Could you please urgently review this matter and provide guidance on whether I should proceed with the exam as scheduled?
