We're primarily using Azure for Databricks at the moment.
However, it's important to note that enterprises often choose their cloud infrastructure long before deciding on specific tools like Databricks. This choice is usually based on their broader IT strategy, compliance needs, and scalability requirements. For those working in a multi-cloud environment, the decision on where to run Databricks often comes down to which platform aligns best with their data workloads, security, and integration needs at a given time. So, it's really a matter of what fits within the pre-existing infrastructure and specific business goals.

I primarily use Databricks on Azure due to its tight integration with Databricks and other Azure services.
The platform is user friendly, and the pricing is quite good compared to other options, making it a practical choice
