Hi Team,
My Databricks certified Data engineer Associate exam got suspended on 22nd December and it is in progress state.
I was continuously in front of camera and suddenly the alert appeared , and paused the session with the message that contact with the support person. I wait sometime but no one is coming and there is no button visible to continue the exam. After sometime i try to exit and restart again but it is showing suspended. I did request on Kryterion Support. I am not sure why my exam got suspended. As there was nothing suspicious. Please solve the issue. I really need to get the certification and its really important for my project and resume. requesting you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you can resume my exam or if you can reschedule the same for today or anyday (except 24-25th December because i will travel in those dates) .
