billing payment problem

I was using a trial account and my 40$ credit was finished. I set a budget limit but it also exceeded that without warning and now I'm being charge for extra 90$!!! But this is only the first problem. 

The second problem is since my credit card rejected databricks transaction due to being suspicious the payment also failed and I received a warning email.When I tried to contact databricks support by emails they shared (billing@databricks.com &  cust-success@databricks.com) there was also no response! They shared a platform named as Netsuite Customer Payment Portal but I also can't login to that since there is no credentials and when I hit forgot the password no emails is sent for me to reset that!!! 

Now, no one responded from dbx on this problem when I shared multiple emails. Can anyone help me with this here?

I also don't understand how to make a payment on Databricks.

I am current going through this exact situation. The emails I get ask me to login to netsuite to pay, I have no credentials to do that. they say contact billing@databricks.com, which I have done several times without reply. They also list cust-success@databricks.com as a support alias, however that address comes back as undeliverable. 

Usually businesses don't make it so hard to send them money.

@BS_THE_ANALYST I have not, but that support alias looks like it's specific to the `databricks-community` (e.g. this website) rather than the product.

@adamActable great spot. I'd still shoot your shot though ๐Ÿ™‚. They may be able to point you to a different contact. You could give them a link to this post so they can see it's occurring for others as well.
