I was using a trial account and my 40$ credit was finished. I set a budget limit but it also exceeded that without warning and now I'm being charge for extra 90$!!! But this is only the first problem.
The second problem is since my credit card rejected databricks transaction due to being suspicious the payment also failed and I received a warning email.When I tried to contact databricks support by emails they shared (billing@databricks.com & cust-success@databricks.com) there was also no response! They shared a platform named as Netsuite Customer Payment Portal but I also can't login to that since there is no credentials and when I hit forgot the password no emails is sent for me to reset that!!!
Now, no one responded from dbx on this problem when I shared multiple emails. Can anyone help me with this here?
