Something very strange has happened. When trying to login to my databricks community edition account. I'm getting the email with my verification code. but after entring that code, I'm getting the error message : "User is not a member of this workspace"
Has anybody had that issue before ?
Hoping that support will at minimum be able to restore my notebooks 🤞

Hi @AndreLIUfr , Did you got any response/solution for this?
I am facing the same issue since today. I have as well dropped the mail to help@databricks.com waiting for a response/solution?

Unfortunately not yet

I faced this same issue yesterday. In my case it was only because the e-mail I use to login have dot signs "."
So what I had to do is remove the dots from e-mail when I login into the system.
For example:
"abc123@somedomain.com"

I don't have any special character in my email, still facing this error 😞
Any thing you can suggest? Thanks

I was asked to re-register, which I did just to file this issue. @ha-cruz 's work-around worked fine, thanks mate!

Hi @0xC0DE , did you re-register with a different email ?

Re-registering created a new account but obviously losing all my notebooks from previous account.
It's pathetic, to stop the access without prior communication/warning. I lost all my work😭I want my notebooks back pls😭

When I register it says, login with already registered email or click on forget password. When I try to login it does not give any option to forget password and send the 6 digit code to my email. When I enter that 6 digit verification code it says user does not exist in this workspace. its keeping me in an infinite loop. 😞
