easier to navigate / search through the documentation -- simple "ctrl+f" --
skip distractions of icons / banners / dozens of links / ... typically found in a website, than just having a simple raw ".md" / ".adoc" / ".mdx" ...., with the content itself
more straigh way to report questions / suggest ideas by the consumer of the documentation itself
