Ah, I did not realize this was a Microsoft course offered on Coursera.  You need to take this up with the courser manager, usually there is a moderator watching discussions.  Because this is not courseware developed by Databricks I can't speak to it.

Please note that the notebooks provided in the Databricks training classes are designed to run exclusively within the Databricks workspace that has been provisioned specifically for the training through Databricks Academy. Attempting to run these notebooks outside of the designated training workspace will result in compatibility issues, and they will not function as intended.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

I am doing the course "Perform data science with Azure Databricks" by Microsoft on Coursera.

I followed their instruction:

Create an Azure Databricks workspace and cluster.

Clone the Databricks archive

In the Import Notebooks dialog box, select the URL and paste in the following URL:
