I can't access to my account

when I'm trying to access my account it gives me

Invalid email address or password

Note: Emails/usernames are case-sensitive

@Kaniz Fatma​  - it's been 20 days since I reported this issue, I was able to log in for one day in between, and my access was lost again. Can you please check on this ?

I am having the same issue as well. Most of the user are having this common issue. Not sure why this thing has been fixed till now 😞
