Hi Boitumelodikoko,

I'm unable to login and start my learning journey....

when i click and open the link from above mentioned list of courses. i get error:"You are not authorized to access https://customer-academy.databricks.com. Please select a platform you can access from the following list."  

I'm getting an option to open "https://databricks.docebosaas.com/pages/29/customer-academy-home-page"

and when i open this link and click on "browse training and certification catalog" and try to login again I get "You are not a member of any account yet" 

@Jim_Anderson please help me with this... how to i complete the learning path which portal should i use.. i'm in a dead end loop.

@Jim_Anderson Let me know if i'm doing something wrong or missing something due to which i'm not able to get to the right portal.

Hi Kathir,

let me know if you got the solution for this issue. i'm facing the same error.

Are you perhaps accessing from a work or restricted laptop? I can't think of another likely reason you'd get that "You are not authorized to access" error as it should be public and I am able to with a non-corporate laptop and email address.
You could also try another browser version or private mode perhaps?

I've started, but not finished, a few of these learning paths in the past.

Do I have to watch the videos the whole way through again to qualify for the voucher, or is it enough to just complete the courses that I started before the 2nd of July?

The links are in English and I am following the learning paths in Portuguese. Will this interfere in any way? Can I still get the discount?
