Hi everyone,

Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to participate in the Data Engineering with Databricks course. The content was both insightful and actionable, and I’m excited to apply these learnings to real-world scenarios.

A few standout features that truly impressed me:

  • Unity Catalog for unified governance, streamlining data discovery, and access control.

  • Delta Sharing, which simplifies secure data collaboration across organizations and cloud providers. 

  • Delta Live Tables (DLT), particularly its intuitive DAG automation and built-in data quality monitoring.

With these tools, I can see how Databricks provides a robust foundation for modern data architectures—bringing us closer to a scalable data mesh implementation. The emphasis on interoperability, quality, and decentralized ownership aligns perfectly with the principles of data mesh, and I’m eager to explore this further.

Thanks again for facilitating this learning experience. I’m looking forward to leveraging these capabilities in our projects!
