Assuming you completed at least one of theee since January 9 then you’ve met the qualification criteria and will be included in the voucher distribution on Feb 06

Could you elaborate? If the error is something like “You are not authorised to access Customer Academy” then it’s likely you have a Partner Academy account instead.

Hi, Databricks has mentioned following : "All Incentives will be distributed to the eligible participants on 06 February 2026,after the event has concluded. These incentives will be sent to the email associated with your Customer Academy account."

So you should be getting an email to your Databricks Academy account on the 6th February.

do we get 90 days from 6 February to sit for the exam before the voucher expires? or do we have to take the exam before 30 January and reimburse 50% using the voucher?

You will need to leverage the discount code provided on Feb 06 to take an examination before May 02

any module is fine right?? and we can do any certification even if it's not aligned with what courses we have accomplished.
Like if we did data analysts one we can go for genai cert. correct ?

Yes, so long as you complete a learning pathway, the discount can be applied to any Databricks Certification exam

Hi, I want to know if I can get vouchers for both Associate data engineer and Gen AI ,post completion of both, or only 1 voucher is eligible for one account. Will complete both courses then .
