I just completed the learning path for Databricks data engineering associate. Will I get a mail to intimate that I completed the certification and I will get the voucher?. I am bit concerned as I finished the first course of the learning path before October 10 but did the rest in the time window of the festival.

I did the same process as you did. I finished exactly the same lesson for the same examination. @Jim_Anderson could you tell us how we will receive the voucher code for our examination !

All vouchers will be distributed after the event has concluded in early November. No additional action required - this will be sent to the email associated to your academy account 🙂

There are some demo videos present in courses where to find datasets/ notebooks used in course. I tried to find via google search and also on github but not able to locate material used.

if i complete a learning course for associate data engineer. can i still use the voucher for any other certification or the specific learning path which i have completed? Also, if we finish two learning paths, will we get multiple vouchers?

You only get 1 coupon during the learning session. You can complete all of them, and then pick which test to take. That's how it works.

No, to reiterate, this event is only open to users within Customer Academy. All of the enrollment links included within the original post direct to Customer Academy accordingly. You cannot qualify for the incentives using a Partner Academy account

How can we complete teh labs without a Databricks Academy Labs subscription.

You do not need to complete the labs within any of the self-paced learning pathways included within the event.

Labs are purely optional to reinforce your understanding, and are available through the Databricks Academy Labs subscription

Hello,Could someone please help me and explain the procedure, as I have not understood how to connect the DBACADEMY database (with its contents) and the server shown in the lectures. I need to establish this connection in order to start practicing practically, beyond the videos and slides in the workplace.

Also, is the purpose of the festival essentially to complete the eight existing sections (modules/units) by October 31st? Or is there something else involved?
