Same issue happened to me as well. I completed the entire course before October 31st and revisited it multiple times for my understanding. Now, @Jim_Anderson

is saying that I haven’t completed the course and cannot receive the code. It’s ridiculous how poorly the tracking system is being handled

All vouchers have been distributed to eligible learners who have completed their learning pathways. The email has been sent to the address associated with your academy account, with the following subject: Thank you for participating in Databricks Virtual Learning Festival!

Please ensure to check both your inbox and spam folders for this email. If you cannot locate the email, please direct message me the email address associated with your Customer Academy account so I can investigate further.

To reiterate, you must have completed all relevant modules within a given learning pathway. If you have not, then this is why you have not been included in the voucher distribution, and there will not be any exceptions here.

Finally, please refrain from commenting on this event post and directly message me as explained above.
