I took the LEARNING PATHWAY 7: APACHE SPARK DEVELOPER courses during the event period and I’m having an issue with the completion status and the voucher.

I completed all SPARK-related courses during the event period. Originally, the learning pathway page showed something like this:

- 3 out of 4 courses were marked as Completed

- The last course was still marked as In Progress

The last course is: "Monitoring and Optimizing Apache Spark Workloads on Databricks"

When I clicked into that course, all internal items (videos, materials, etc.) were already marked as completed, so from my side the course itself was fully done. However, the overall course status remained “In Progress”, which caused the whole learning pathway to appear incomplete.

Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the screenshot that showed the “3/4 courses completed, 1 in progress” status on the learning pathway page.
The only screenshot I still have now is from inside the last course, showing the detailed progress where each video/material is marked as completed. I have attached that remaining screenshot.

A moment ago, I re-opened the last course and replayed the first lesson (“Course Introduction”). After doing that, the platform finally updated and the course is now marked as Completed, and the learning pathway also shows as completed.

Given that:

- All modules were actually completed within the event period, and

- The “in progress” status seems to have been a display/refresh issue,

I would like to kindly ask you to confirm that my completion is correctly registered and that I am eligible for the voucher, even though I can no longer provide the original “3/4 completed” screenshot.

I'm sorry, but it looks like all of those modules were completed in January. Please note, only completions between October 10 - 31 were eligible for the incentives provided for this event

I’m following up because I haven’t received a reply to my previous message.

I completed all the lectures within the given period, but the system seems to show that the course is not fully completed. Could you please check your internal records (logs, etc.) to confirm that I have finished all the required lectures?
