to my knowledge we can choose between purely e-learning and "partner academy labs". I found that by accident. Hopefully, "partner" does not
means that my employee is a partner of Databricks..

well, I noticed that all steps in the other course version ("partner academy labs") were completed because I followed each step in the non "partner academy labs" version and the other way around. so, when you pick the "partner academy labs" version , you are just a click away to accomplish the other version. With the lab version you can get familiar with the databricks ide which I find quite useful.

I'm sorry, but this event does not include access to any of the hands-on labs. To reiterate, you must complete one of the self-paced (video-only) learning pathways listed within the original post within Customer Academy to qualify for the incentive 🙂

This is an excelled course that covers all I need. I have a question about the availability of these learning path. Will it still be available after the Festival ends? I would like to book mark this and read up on it for the next few months. Thanks.

Someone else can confirm, but as I understand it, these are regular free courses. The festival has simply organized them into Subject matter areas for certification.

The timeline to complete the learning is "10 October - 31 October 2025", I think you should wait for this period post that they will announce via mail.

Do I need to complete the the 17 hour python course that comes with this or just the 4 modules suggested here is enough? I see a python module in my customer academy learning path for Apache Spark Developer.
