Unfortunately you only completed the Gen AI Solution Development module. As stated above, you needed to complete all 4 constituent modules of the Gen AI learning pathway to qualify for the incentive.

I am encountering an issue when trying to register for a Databricks certification exam via the Webassessor site. I received a voucher code from the Databricks Virtual Learning Festival for a 50% discount on certification exams. However, I am unable to complete the registration due to the payment page not loading properly.I reached out to Webassessor support, and they informed me that the issue is on their end and they are working on a resolution. Since my voucher is set to expire on July 30th, 2025, I am concerned about being unable to use it in time. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have suggestions on how to proceed?

Hi @J_Anderson , I passed the exam, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional on 30 July 2025.
They told that I will receive certificate within 48 hours. But it's been more than 3 days , I didn't get any mail regarding certificate.
What should I do or where should I contact?
