@Jim_Anderson I had alerady started the data engineer professional course but got below notification from databricks.Do i need to re-register again to new learning pathway2 courses.If yes,will I be still eligible for databricks voucher with new courses?


**Important Notice:**: This course "Advanced Data Engineering with Databricks" will be retired on April 21, 2025. It has been updated and is now offered as 4 modular courses:

1- Databricks Streaming and DLT
2- Databricks Data Privacy
3- Databricks Performance Optimization
4- Automated Deployment with Databricks Asset Bundles

Databricks recommends that you complete the course by April 20 or enroll in the free self-paced versions of these modules available in the ‘DB002 [FREE Self-Paced] Databricks Academy catalog. Please select one of the following links based on your role:

I've recently taken and completed many courses (approx.10) on Databricks Academy, so it's just right time to get hands-on with Labs. For this event, I just finished the required LEARNING PATHWAY 3 today. I'm now waiting for the incentives, and hope that I don't have to wait until the end of the festival.

You will have to wait till end of the festival as it will be released after completion of festival. So May 1st week you can expect

So the next 2-3 weeks is just waiting. Time is money in the end but this has to be that way then not really worth it

Unfortunately we do not offer the notebooks as part of our self-paced courses. Hands-on labs are available via the Databricks Academy Labs subscription within Databricks Academy 😉

Yes, the courses will cover the basis of the content covered within the certification exams. They aren't a pre-requisite though, generally most individuals with 6-12 months of hands on experience would be comfortable with the associate certs and 12-18 months hands on experience for the professional certifications 🙂
