Create new cluster on Databricks Community Edition

Unable to create new cluster on Databricks community edition, I get the error as "Backend service unavailable". Please advise.

When trying to start a new cluster in Community Edition I get a 'Backend service unavailable' message.

Everything was working fine about 10 hours ago (when I was last on); I thought maybe something was down for maintenance, but that doesn't appear to be the case.Thanks.
