Hello! Just to update the group on this question, the clone right-click functionality is working again in Repos for me I believe this fix came with a new databricks upgrade on 2022-04-20 / 2022-04-21

Since Workflows (Multi-Task jobs) is now GA, one way to work around the 1000 concurrent jobs limit is to use tasks within a job. Each job can have 100 tasks, and these tasks do not count toward the concurrent job limit.

As of this comment, SQL analytics still requires a few additional enablement steps. You will need to ask your Databricks account team to help turn this on in your workspace.

If you have some of the features like "secure cluster connectivity", "multi-workspace accounts" , chances are that the account is E2. Would recommend to check with your Databricks accounts team.
