Didn't get my official databricks associate developer for Apache Spark 3.0

Dear Community,
I took the databricks associate developer for Apache spark 3. 0 exam on 30-12-2021 and passed with 90%. However I havent seen any communication on my certification yet. Is there an update on this?
I've requested the databricks support and got this ticket number: #00129991. I'm still waiting for an answer.
@Kaniz Fatma can you please prioritize this?

Thank you for the answer. However, I didn't receive an official mail about this... In the website(since 30/12/2021), it's mentionned that they would send instructions to me to access the certification.
I didn't also receive any badge...
