Exam Suspended After Restarting the Exam — Ticket ID: 00744386

Hi Team,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional exam (Ticket ID: 00744386).

During my exam session, the support representative initially requested me to show the entire room, including my bed, which I complied with. Shortly after, I was informed that my video was buffering and was instructed to restart my system and relaunch the exam.

 

After restarting and relaunching the exam, within just a few seconds, the representative again asked me to show my room. Immediately afterwards, I was informed that my exam had been suspended.

 

This situation has been extremely distressing for me. I have dedicated the last four months studying and completing the Databricks training in preparation for this certification. I have worked very hard, and having my exam suspended under these circumstances feels discouraging and unfair.

 

I kindly request a review of my case and assistance in rescheduling within 24hrs or reinstating my exam attempt. I am fully committed to following all required protocols and ensuring compliance with your examination policies.
