Can the original expiration date of the Databricks voucher I received be changed or extended?

I did not receive my Databricks voucher. What can I do?
Please run through the following best practice steps:
- Allow 48 hours to pass after the voucher distribution date or allot the time frame noted in the initial offer email.
- Check your spam folder.
- Did you use a different email address to complete the voucher eligibility criteria?
- If none of the steps above has resolved the issue, please submit a ticket to our help centre.
I tried to schedule an exam using my Databricks voucher, but it says it expired. What does this mean?
Your voucher has expired, or you are trying to book an exam on a date after its expiration date. Coupons are only eligible for exams scheduled before the expiration date.
I tried to use my Databricks voucher for a Databricks certification, but it says the code is not applicable. For which Databricks certifications can I use a coupon?

How can I get a Databricks certification voucher?
Databricks runs events and promotions offering certification vouchers regularly. Ensure you are signed up to receive emails from Databricks and to look at offers on Databricks Academy (requires sign-in).
Please note: Databricks vouchers are only offered if the given eligibility criteria of a specific promotional offer have been met. This can differ depending on the current promotions on offer. If you are not participating in a particular promotion, completing steps typically associated with promotional offers, e.g., achieving the Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals accreditation, will not qualify you for a voucher. (Databricks Partners may have different criteria.)
