I would love to learn more about companies process and patterns in Databricks. As I have worked at 3 separate companies right now that leverage Databricks and seen a variety of processes and patterns used, it would be interesting to see which are used the most (for instance, how many companies are actively leveraging DLTs or Genie in their production workflows).

I would like a session on RAG. I see most AI work is going to be dependent on how your RAG is architected and composed. I see knowledge of RAG critical to implementing most Production AI scenarios. Maybe stair-stepping into RAG, so what foundational AI concepts should I be learning so that I can work with concepts in RAG, etc.
