Help to get the swags for the event.

Hello Team,

I am hosting my first event on 13th September. The date is final, but the venue is something I am working on, as I am not creating the event. I'll be able to create it within a day or two.

Could you please help me understand how to order the swags for the event and how to provide the audience with access to the resources?
