Request to Update Email Address on Databricks Partner Academy Account

HaripriyaP
New Contributor II

I have been actively using the Databricks Partner Academy for the past three years through my current organization. As I am planning to transition to a new company, I would like to ensure continued access to my training records and certifications.

Currently, all account-related communications, including OTPs, are sent to my company email address. To avoid access issues in the future, I kindly request your assistance in updating my account to use my personal email address instead.

Please let me know the steps required to proceed or if any additional information is needed from my side.

To update your email address for continued access to your training records and certifications in the Databricks Partner Academy, you will need to contact Databricks support. Specifically, you should submit a support ticket requesting the transfer of your learning history from your work email to a personal email. The support team typically requires the following details:
  1. Current Email Address: Your work email address currently linked to your Databricks Partner Academy account.
  2. New Email Address: Your personal email address you want to use moving forward.
  3. Clarification of Request: Indicate that you are transitioning to a new company and need to associate your certifications and training records with your personal email.
As per Databricks guidance, such requests are processed through support tickets. you can submit your request by following the support procedures available on the Databricks Academy or Partner Portal.
