I would love to get together to gain a better understanding of where Databricks fits into the data warehousing landscape. I currently oversee a Business Analytics team that houses the data in a HANA sidecar. We utilize SLT and BODS to move the data into the HANA db. SAP HANA is the lone data source in our environment. We use Business Objects and Power BI on the front end. We are considering tearing the thing down and rebuilding with a new toolset. Trying to look at all options. Let me know, if there are any user group meetings to attend in Omaha. Would be willing to travel, if necessary.
