Did anyone find a good practice for dealing with multiple catalogs (dev, test, prod) using DLT?

@Kkro @Jensvoll recently 'Direct Publishing Mode' feature is released in Public Preview. This feature will allow you to write to multiple schemas & catalogs from one DLT pipeline.
