Not received free voucher after completing Data Engineer Associate learning path

I have completed the Data Engineer Associate learning path, but I haven’t received the free certification voucher yet.

I’ve already sent multiple emails to the concerned support team regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response yet. This is important for me, as I’m planning my certification timeline based on this voucher.

Could someone please help me understand the next steps or guide me on how to proceed?

Please check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Thank you for participating in Databricks Virtual Learning Festival!”
Also, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you’re still unable to locate the email and believe you meet the qualification criteria (completed all modules of the Data Engineer Associate learning pathway between October 10 and October 31 within the Customer Academy), please DM @Jim_Anderson  with the email address associated with your account so he can look into this further.

I have sent the mail to the databricks team and they replied
