I cannot access Databricks Academy at all. If I connect via my Edge Favorites I get a message saying the site in not secure and I cannot get in. If I go to the Databricks homepage and navigate from there I get to the login screen, enter my email address and it says no such account exists. I have been logging in almost daily for months.

This seems like a repeating problem for this customer-academy.databricks url. This is happening not for the first time: https://community.databricks.com/t5/data-engineering/databricks-academy-webpage-showing-insecure-con.... It is quite surprising and does not look good on databricks team when a simple issue of a certificate renewal keeps down a site that is used by a lot of people for learning purposes. Guys can you solve this issue permanently or have a reminder for yourselves day before the certifcate expires? It is just a bad look on a platform like databricks. Dissapointed.

As a temporary workaround, could you try accessing the platform in incognito mode by navigating to the Customer Academy link, selecting "Advanced," and then clicking "Proceed"? If the issue persists, please wait for some time, as the IT team is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
