did you ever figure this out, looking for those specific notebooks myself? I'm not sure if this is helpful, but in the Databricks free edition home page, there is a Databricks fundamentals course, which covers similar things (it is not exactly the same course as in the Learning Plan), but there you are able to access notebooks for that course (there are buttons to click to download materials when you go through the course). I'm wondering if the videos in Learning Plan are from a similar within-databricks course, where you could have accessed those notebooks...

What If we've have attempted the certification exam & couldn't clear it in the 1st attempt. Are we once again eligible to get one more 50% discounted voucher in-order to retake the certifications once again? Although do we need to once again go through go through the specified modules which have been already completed during the last eligibility cycle in-order to pursue the voucher?

Hi @Advika ,

I have already checked junk/spam and raise two support cases with Databricks because when i try to fetch my certificate details from credentials.databricks.com it doesn't even show DE associate certification which I passed. And, Databricks support has not been great at all and I have been following up since 10 days. I completed certification on Aug 22nd and as you could see its Sep 2nd today with no response whatsoever.

It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam or junk folder, as the Certification email may have been filtered there.
You can also view your credentials directly at credentials.databricks.com. Please sign in using the same email address you used for the exam. After signing in, you will find "My Credentials" in the upper right corner.

If you still cannot see your credentials, we recommend raising a ticket with the Databricks Support Team for further assistance.

I enrolled in the "Building Agentic Applications on Databricks" e-learning course, and while following the demo "Building Agentic Applications on Databricks," I couldn't find the resource material for the files in ./Includes/Classroom-Setup-2. Where can I find them? I'm using the Databricks Free Edition lab.

You can usually get the 30-day lab access through the course portal under the labs/practice section. If it’s not showing up, check the course instructions or contact support—they should be able to activate it for you. Good luck with the hands-on practice!

If the AI Engineering course includes complimentary lab access, I’d first check the course dashboard, welcome email, or enrollment portal for a lab activation link or voucher. Some platforms require you to activate the lab separately using the same account connected to your course enrollment.

If you can’t find an activation option, contacting the course instructor or training-platform support would probably be the best approach. Mention that you’re enrolled in the AI Engineering course and specifically looking for the 30-day free lab access, as they may need to enable it manually or provide a course-specific code.

I’d also avoid creating a second account unless the course instructions specifically recommend it, since the lab entitlement may need to be linked to your existing student account. Once everything is set up, you can keep the lab work focused and use coolmathgames.us.com for a quick break between practice sessions.

Please note that free self-paced courses do not include access to hands-on labs.

To access the notebooks mentioned in the demos, you can choose either of the following options:

Enroll in an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) course – This provides access to the hands-on labs for seven days.
Subscribe to Databricks Academy Labs (Databricks Academy → Subscription Plans → Databricks Academy Labs) – This is a great option for long-term learning, as it provides one year of access to both the labs and the self-paced courses included in the subscription.
