Hello Community Managers,

I recently transitioned from my previous employer to a new company and need to migrate my Databricks certifications. I am currently locked out of my accredible profile and cannot access my badges.

I raised an official support ticket regarding this issue 50+ hours ago (Ticket 00963277) but have only received an automated confirmation email. I have not received a follow-up from a support agent, and this delay is holding up my onboarding process at my new employer.

Could a community moderator please help escalate my case internally?

I completed all 4 modules of the Professional Data Engineering learning path during the Databricks Learning Festival held from June 15 – July 6, 2026. However, I have not yet received the certification voucher.

Could you please help me verify my eligibility and provide an update on the voucher status?

I'm seeking your help as my previous support tickets were closed with a generic response stating that Respondus detected "malware used to allow remote access," but no details or evidence were provided about what was actually detected.

Without this information, I cannot identify or fix the issue, and I'm disappointed that my first exam attempt was suspended without being given an opportunity to retake it, despite the significant certification fee.

I respectfully request that my case be reviewed and escalated, and that I be considered for a complimentary retake. I hope Databricks can provide greater transparency and help resolve this recurring concern for certification candidates.

Exam Suspension Due to Reported Non-Compliance – Request for Review and Rescheduling

My exam was suspended immediately after it started on 11 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Following the suspension, I submitted the required form and contacted the support team. My original support request number is #00962557.

I have now raised a separate appeal request regarding the exam suspension under Request #00963809. Kindly review the appeal request and assist me with an appropriate resolution.

I was informed that the exam was suspended due to a non-compliance issue, as the Respondus software detected malware or software that could allow remote access to my computer. However, to the best of my knowledge, I do not have any malware or remote-access software installed on my Windows laptop, and I did not intentionally violate any exam rules.

Since the exam was suspended immediately at the start and I was unable to proceed with or attempt the exam, I kindly request that you review my exam session and reconsider the suspension.

As the examination was scheduled using a company-provided voucher, I respectfully request your consideration in allowing me to reschedule the examination at no additional cost. Alternatively, I kindly request that the original voucher be reinstated or a replacement voucher be issued, enabling me to schedule and complete the examination.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or clarification from my side. I would appreciate your review and support in resolving this issue.

Certification Exam Suspended Due to Camera Framing – Requesting Guidance on Next Steps

Hello Databricks Certification Team,

I am looking for some guidance regarding my Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification exam, which was suspended today during the online proctored session.

During the exam, the proctor reminded me twice to keep my face fully visible in the webcam. After each reminder, I immediately adjusted my position. However, while sitting for a long exam, I may have naturally shifted slightly in my chair, causing a small portion of my face to move out of the camera frame.

At no point did I leave my seat, use another device, access unauthorized materials, communicate with anyone, or engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the exam. My sole focus was completing the exam in accordance with the testing rules.

I have already submitted a support request and respectfully requested that the session recording be reviewed.

I wanted to ask:

What is the typical turnaround time for a review?
If the review determines there was no misconduct, is it possible to receive a complimentary reschedule or resume the exam?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and what was the outcome?

I have spent a significant amount of time preparing for this certification and would sincerely appreciate a fair review of my exam session.

I would appreciate your assistance regarding my Databricks certification exam, which was automatically suspended before the exam even started.

I have already raised a support ticket (Request ID: #00959023) but have not yet received any response.

I received an email stating that Respondus detected software that could allow remote access to my computer. However, to the best of my knowledge, I did not have any such software installed or running. Additionally, I had successfully completed the system check prior to the exam without any warnings or issues.

If there was any software on my system that triggered this detection, I was genuinely unaware of it. I would greatly appreciate it if the team could review my case and provide details on what specifically caused the suspension so that I can ensure my system is fully compliant in the future.

I completed all the required courses and checked the Academy portal under My Activities >> Courses.
All the mentioned courses are marked as completed in green, and the completion dates fall between June 15 and July 6.

Based on the instructions, I should have received the voucher by email, but I have not received anything yet.

Could someone please help me check what might be wrong or advise on the next steps?

My Databricks certification exam was automatically suspended before the session even started. I did not engage in any malpractice, and my system check was completed successfully prior to the launch. I have already raised a support ticket (Request ID: #00958991), but I have not yet received a response.
