@woodymo Vouchers are distributed to the eligible participants after the Learning Festival. Lookout for the next one in October. Or if your organisation is a partner of Databricks, then check with your admin.

Hi Neelima,

thanks for your email. I know you did all the modules, so I need to ask if you got the coupon already. If everything was done and it appeared as complete and still not showing up after the processing time, the Databricks support team can check for you why is it not appearing.

Hi ogbenisho, You can reach out to the Databricks Partner team by emailing partnerops@databricks.com. The Partner Ops team will verify your organization's eligibility and assist with issuing the 50% discount codes or bigger discount codes if feasible. You can also get in touch directly with the assigned Account Manager if you know them.

It looks like you're enrolled in a Learning Plan. The courses included in a Learning Plan are free, self-paced courses and do not include labs.Since you mentioned that you have access to Academy Labs, please go to Databricks Academy > Catalogs in My Subscription, enroll in the individual courses (for example, Generative AI Application Evaluation and Governance), and then open the course syllabus. You'll find the SP Lab Environment link to launch the lab.

To access the Databricks Subscription Labs, please navigate to Databricks Academy > Subscription Plans > Databricks Academy Labs.

If you already have an active subscription, go to Databricks Academy > Catalogs in My Subscription, enroll in any course, and open the course syllabus. You'll find the SP Lab Environment listed there, which is your lab environment.

I'm having trouble accessing the VCorum Labs. I log in through the Databricks Labs page, and after signing in, I'm redirected to the Databricks workspace instead of the subscription labs. I'm not sure how to access the labs that are included with my subscription.

Very helpful FAQ! Just make sure you complete at least one eligible learning pathway by and verify it under My Activities. Your voucher and lab coupon will be emailed after the event if you meet the requirements.
