This partnership brings you a range of new models including the massive 405 billion parameter Llama 3.1, as well as the 7 billion and 8 billion parameter versions. Key Highlights: - Llama 3.1 Models: Access to the latest high-quality AI models with improved capabilities. - Context Length: Extended to 128K tokens for handling large documents. - Multilingual Support: Enhanced to cover eight languages. - Function Calling: Integration with various systems and tools. - Safety: Upgraded Lamaguard model for better safety features. - Cost Efficiency: Llama 3.1 models are notably more affordable compared to GPT-4 Omni. Benchmarking: The Llama 3.1 405B model outperforms other leading models like GPT-4 Omni and Claude across various benchmarks, making it a top choice for diverse applications. Important Note! The older Llama 2 70B chat model will be phased out from the pay-per-token system in October 2024, with Llama 3.1 taking its place.
