Certification not received even after 48 hours of passing the exam.

I have given Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam on 14th July 2026 but still not received Certificate despite passing the exam. Need help to get the certificate.

Congratulations on passing your Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam!

In most cases, the certificate and badge are issued within 48 hours after successfully passing the exam. However, in some situations, it may take up to an additional 24 hours for the certificate to be generated and delivered.

If you still haven't received your certificate after this time, please contact the Databricks Support team. When submitting your request, select Training & Certification as the contact reason from the dropdown menu so your request is routed to the appropriate team.

They'll be able to investigate the status of your certificate and assist you further.
