For example, based on your demo to show transaction_date as 'Transaction Date' and transaction_week as 'Transaction Week'. Is this possible?

In databricks documentation it says that there's a display name when creating dashboard variables but I'm not seeing it in the dashboard settings. Does anyone know where to find them?

Could you please share the exact steps you are following? I just tried this in my workspace and saw the display name option. I recorded a short video for you to review. Can you confirm if you are following the same steps?

Hi @amekojc,

I see what you mean. The docs indicate per-field display names for dashboard variables, but in the current UI, the field option label is not directly editable. If the field is backed by a metric view, we can set the field's display name there instead. I do agree that the documentation isn't clear. I've raised this internally for clarification. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
