My login does not work, even after resetting password

Hi @prasuna dornadula​, Here are some general steps you can follow if you're having trouble:

  • Double-check your username and password: A small typo may prevent you from logging in. Ensure that the caps lock is off, as passwords are usually case-sensitive.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, old or corrupt browser data can interfere with the login process. Try clearing your cache and cookies and then attempt to log in again.
  • Try a different browser or device: If possible, attempt to log in on a different web browser or from another device to rule out any issues specific to your initial method.
