Creating a UI to enable the creation of Databricks infrastructure is a good idea. Leveraging delta tables to store configurations is also a good architectural pattern. These are just a layer on top of your existing infrastructure setup. The bigger question I would like to understand is why the CI/CD-based process is creating a high time to market.
