I can't sign up in 'Try Databricks'

I cannot create an account on databricks, it keeps showing like this.

I'm from Vietnam, so could it be the reason why I cannot sign up?

If you still have that problem you can clear cookies and optionally use VPN (as it can be as you said because of some ip range).
